Meet Our Leadership Team

Jeffrey Baker, President and Creative Director

Founder, Consultant, Coach, Stats Guy and Businessman. Jeff leads by example, tells our stories – and our client’s stories, keeps his steady hand on the rudder. He can run a process map or financial model in his head while talking to a client, and yet still jump in and mitre a joint or hang a wall-covering with the best of us! He’s the “yes” man, because he believes in all of us and our ability to create awesome projects. Jeff’s one of our musicians (an All Ireland Flute champion), an accomplished auto racer, and still having fun helping his clients grow their own businesses through the 30 years of Image 4.

Elizabeth Hummel, Vice President of Operations

Spiritual leader, Fashion Maven, Creative, and Counselor. Liz is Master of our 3-ring circus, elegantly weaving our departments, supplier partners and clients together in a well-tuned symphony. Which is appropriate as she also is an accomplished flute player. Liz has a smile and just the right words for everyone while knowing just how much to kick butt to keep things moving! In her 16 years with Image 4, she has led our Built Environment division to great accomplishments, and gets our clients' juices flowing with her tremendous brainstorming and concepting abilities. Lest you think she’s a shrinking violet, Liz is a championship racer and performance driving coach in her Miata.

Dave Newell, Senior Project Coordinator

Daddy Dave, Photoshop Genius, the Strong Silent type, the Killer Beer maker. Dave’s been with us for 26 years. We figure he must like it! When you need something done, managed to a T, with no drama and a sense of humor, Dave’s your guy. He won’t tell you, but every person here looks up to him for his experience, knowledge and ability to recall a job from 1997 and tell you where the files are! If it’s Photoshop, he knows it – he’s been using it since Rev2.0. Dave still remembers how images looked on film, and along with Jeff, sets the standards for our industry-leading quality program. Dave has a process for everything from a fine Ale, to getting a trade show booth on the show floor.

Brandie Shydo, Manager, Content and Communications

Writer, coder, MAC tech whiz, SCCA Race Crew member and Mom to two very energetic young men, Brandie is the Thoreau behind our Content team.  Another one of Image 4’s team members who just doesn’t know her limits, Brandie has created one of the finest copywriting and content management groups in the business.

With a background in medical and healthcare communications, and an amazing ability to peel back the layers and get to the real story, Brandie brings to life our clients’ stories, presents the history of their institutions, and engages constituents on all levels in digital and hard copy as needed. And if you happen to need it in German, she’s fluent! Working with our Design lead Heather, the team weaves together the visual and verbal strands of stories, delivering connection, information and Brand Affinity for our clients around the country.

Donna Basinow, Director of Finance

Excel Master, Supply Chain Manager, and Devil’s Advocate, Donna mostly keeps to herself, working quietly and efficiently until her inner lion comes out. She’s the one who dives in to follow up on a shipment, align staff around a challenge, and provide the numbers that help us deliver all our projects on budget.

As our Finance Manager, Donna brings structure and a penchant for back-checking the details – which has been a refreshing breeze during this COVID storm. She’s fantastic at helping customers, vendors, and staff get their ducks in a row, set things straight, then move on to the next task on her always-full list. Want to get something done? – give it to Donna!

A guitarist and band leader, as well as a published author, Donna adds her unusual ability to move from linear to spatial thinking, seeing opportunities and problems from multiple perspectives and enriching our management team with her thoughtful insights.

Shannon Meeks, Graphic and Technical Designer

Ever-present bowl of coffee, Sunny-day disposition, New Hampshire Aficionado. Shannon mixes line, form, color and type into the visuals that help us tell our client’s stories. Every project looks better after some “Shannon time”.  She takes concepts and makes them behave nicely; turning tricky graphic challenges into manageable and beautiful finished projects. With an incredible ability to focus and an “other-world” accuracy, Shannon will proudly tell you about the single day she print-prepared 200 files!

When she is not wrestling files into submission this dedicated Francophile loves French cooking challenges, hanging out in the Lakes region of New Hampshire with her family, and kicking back with her pet bird Peaches.
